York Museums Trust – Enquiries

Please note that due to staff capacity, response times for enquiries may take longer than usual, especially over the bank holiday weekend (29 – 31 August).

If you can no longer make your entry slot, but still wish to visit the same day, you do not need to contact us as we are flexible with timings. Simply present the original booking confirmation on arrival.

If you can no longer visit us on the original day of booking, and you have bought tickets to the Yorkshire Museum or York Castle Museum, you do not need to contact us. Your tickets are valid for 12 months from date of first visit.

The Yorkshire Museum is closed Monday 31 August.
