The Eboracum Roman Festival 2025 aims to bring Roman York to life through an exciting programme of talks, living history, family activities and resources for primary schools.
This year’s schools offer is being delivered by the Yorkshire Museum, in partnership with York Minster and York Archaeology.

Filmed at York Minster and featuring Roman objects from the Yorkshire Museum and York Archaeology, this short video is the perfect way to share the story of Roman York with your pupils.

Containing three classroom activities – focusing on big questions about some of the amazing objects at the Yorkshire Museum, York Minster and DIG – this pack will provide you and your pupils with an exciting insight into everyday life in Roman York.
