York Museums Trust is to launch its new YMT Card on 30 June.

Get your YMT Card to visit three wonderful York attractions as many times as you like for a whole year. It’s the great value way to enjoy some of the best York has to offer.

The YMT Card gives free entry to York Castle Museum, York Art Gallery and the Yorkshire Museum and Gardens. With just one visit to each site you can save up to £5 compared to buying individual day tickets. And, of course, the more you visit the more you save.

York Art Gallery Reopens 1 August 2015

…and there’s a Special Preview for YMT Card Holders.

York Art Gallery is due to reopen to the public after an £8 million redevelopment on 1 August 2015. The new YMT Card gives free entry from that date.

If you are amongst the first to buy a YMT Card you will also have the chance to attend a special preview day on 23rd July. There is no extra charge for YMT Card holders, but numbers will be limited so book soon to avoid disappointment.

York Museums Trust is an independent charity, we need to raise funds but we are also committed to providing access to everybody.

Young people (aged 17-24) and people entitled to most forms of welfare benefit are also entitled to a YMT Card at half the standard price, so a £22 YMT Card would cost just £11 (or £10 by direct debit).
